Generation Leadership Bonus (GLB)

Who qualifies?

Brand Partners at Executive rank or higher who meet specific leadership activity requirements each month.

How it works:

  • 6.25% of Young Living’s Global Commissionable Volume (CV) is set aside for this bonus.

  • The pool is divided into shares, and qualified leaders earn shares based on rank and leadership activities.

Ways to qualify for GLB shares:

Executives through Gold must personally enroll or reactivate at least one Customer or Brand Partner with a 100 PV order in the commission period.

Platinum through Royal Crown Diamond must meet one of the following:

  • Personally enroll or reactivate one Customer/Brand Partner with 100 PV.

  • Attend a qualifying Young Living event.

  • Host or present at an open Young Living meeting that generates at least 100 PV in sales.

How shares are earned:

  • Executives earn 1 share.

  • Silver & above earn 2-3 shares for themselves and additional shares for each qualifying Silver, Executive, or higher leader in their first 3-8 generations (depending on rank).

  • Maximum payout is $100,000 per month, with excess funds redistributed.

  • Rewards active leadership that contributes to company-wide growth.

  • Incentivizes team-building efforts and high engagement.

  • Offers higher residual income as leaders rank up and grow their teams.
