UNDERSTANDING UNILEVEL PAY: HOW YOU GET PAID ON YOUR TEAM’S GROWTH

Unilevel commissions are one of the most important parts of the Young Living Compensation Plan because everyone gets paid through Unilevel—as long as you’re a qualified Brand Partner placing a 100 PV order each month. Whether you’re just starting out or building a large team, Unilevel is where your residual income begins!

HOW UNILEVEL PAY WORKS

Unilevel commissions are based on levels within your team structure. The levels are determined by where someone is placed in your downline, with each level representing a new layer of growth:

  • Level 1 – Everyone personally sponsored by you


  • Level 2 – Those sponsored by your Level 1 members


  • Level 3+ – Growth continues as your team expands

Typically, lower levels in your team grow wider as your organization expands. This is normal and expected because as more people share Young Living, the team naturally branches out, creating deeper levels of volume and commissions.

UNILEVEL PAYOUT STRUCTURE

Young Living’s Unilevel commissions follow what I call "the 8-5-4-4-4" structure:

  • Level 1: Earn 8% on the PV (Personal Volume) of everyone on this level

  • Level 2: Earn 5%

  • Level 3: Earn 4%

  • Level 4: Earn 4% (Unlocked at Senior Star)

  • Level 5: Earn 4% (Unlocked at Executive and beyond)

This means the deeper your team grows, the more potential there is for earnings, especially at levels 4 and 5, where there’s often greater volume!

HOW TO GET PAID EVEN DEEPER

If you’re wondering how to get paid beyond Level 5, the answer is compression! I have a whole other video explaining how this works. It happens in most checks after your first few months, so it's something to learn down the road.

Many Brand Partners accidentally leave money on the table because they don’t understand how compression allows commissions to move up through the structure—meaning you could be getting paid on levels 6, 7, 8, and beyond!

And it doesn’t stop there! Once you reach Silver and higher, additional Leadership Bonuses allow you to earn infinitely deep into your team, making this one of the most exciting parts of the compensation plan.
