Young Living has introduced a new Rank Advancement Bonus structure for 2025, making it easier than ever to earn extra cash as you grow your business! This replaces Silver Bound, simplifying the way Brand Partners are rewarded for hitting new ranks.
How It Works
For the ranks of Senior Star, Executive, and Silver, you earn a bonus each of the first three times you hit that rank:
Senior Star – $100 bonus for each of the first three times you hit this rank
Executive – $150 bonus for each of the first three times
Silver – $200 bonus for each of the first three times
And here’s the best part—these bonuses don’t have to be consecutive! If you hit a rank, drop back down, and then hit it again, you’ll still earn the bonus when you qualify.
A Few Key Rules to Know
No bonus stacking – If you rank up multiple times in a single month (e.g., from Senior Star to Executive), you’ll only receive the higher rank’s bonus, not both at once.
You can still claim past bonuses – If you’ve skipped over a rank or fallen back, you can still earn any remaining unpaid bonuses when you qualify again.
This simple and rewarding bonus system encourages steady growth and gives you extra motivation to push for that next rank!
